  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location, package weight, and order value.
  • Applicable shipping fees will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
  • We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, subject to specific terms and conditions.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination:

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or contains incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide videography of the package and products received. Video should start before opening the parcel till the end without any pause or cut to claim any missing items. We are not responsible for any transport damages.

Delivery Confirmation

Orders are considered delivered once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after successful delivery confirmation.
